A school is only as strong as
the practice of its teachers.
Seventeen years in education have taught me that boards, buildings and brochures matter far less than what happens in a classroom on an ordinary Tuesday morning. That is where a school's promise is either kept, or quietly broken.
Since January 2021 I have served as founder principal of Pragya International School in Bijainagar, Rajasthan — leading the school from its first day through academic planning, CBSE readiness, staff development and the slow, unglamorous work of building a culture that parents trust.
As a CBSE resource person I also work beyond my own campus, with teachers and school leaders on the practical questions they actually face: assessment that measures something real, pedagogy that survives a full timetable, and classroom leadership that holds up on a difficult day.
Small-town schools should ask no less of themselves than the ones in the metros. That belief runs through everything I do.
