Fifteen years in education have taught me that boards, buildings and brochures matter far less than what happens in a classroom on an ordinary Tuesday morning. That is where a school's promise is either kept, or quietly broken.

I began at Pragya as a TGT, and grew with the institution — academic in-charge, activity in-charge, vice principal, and since January 2021 founder principal of Pragya International School, Bijainagar. Leading a school you have seen from the inside at every level is a particular kind of advantage: you know what a timetable costs a teacher before you sign it.

As a CBSE resource person I also work beyond my own campus, with teachers and school leaders on the practical questions they actually face: assessment that measures something real, pedagogy that survives a full timetable, and classroom leadership that holds up on a difficult day.

Small-town schools should ask no less of themselves than the ones in the metros. That belief runs through everything I do.

The work is rarely glamorous — academic planning, CBSE readiness, staff development, and the slow business of building a culture that parents trust. It is also the only work that changes what a child actually receives.
